Because this system is upgradeable it means that you can add as many additional detectors to increase the level of protection around your home.

INTRODUCTION

SolarGuard - Solar Protect is a wire-free alarm system that provides a very low cost security solution for your home or office. The system can be expanded using any of the components already supplied in the kit, such as additional PIR movement detectors, magnetic door opening detectors and remote control handsets.

HOW IT WORKS

Because the system is solar powered it does not need to be connected to the mains power supply. It can be up and running within a matter of an hour or so. Solar power means the system is extremely cheap to run and no expensive battery placement is required because of super low power consumption enabling all batteries to last up to 3 years.

The use of built in digital communications channels means that interference is completely eliminated and radio frequency means that the system components will transmit through walls and ceilings.

With a transmitting range of 25 meters you can safely install this system within any traditional home or office environment, it will even work on a boat, shed, caravan or similar location.
